如何应对下半年跨境物流旺季?

疫情催生的出口电商外贸红利经过长达两年的上涨之后,波峰见顶,现在开始进入波谷,就如同股市一样,有牛市就一定会有熊市。

行业正在由过去两年的牛市开始走向熊市。那么在熊市阶段,不同类型、不同规模的企业该如何应对?
1、2022前半年,没有出现往常的旺季
按照过往的经验,每年3-4月是海运备货的狂潮;因为大量的海外商家都会参加6月的电商平台会员日大促,所以都会提前两个月通过海运的方式备货到海外仓。但如今6月已经过去,行业至今未看到海运出货狂潮,大家更多面临的是找货、缺货等难题。这也从侧面反映出,今年境外卖家对于会员日的销售并没有很好的预期,大部分采取了谨慎备货的策略。除了

,专线小包、海外仓等企业目前也都处于缺货状态,有些海外仓企业甚至开始采取送头程或者免仓租的方法试图来盘活海外闲置的仓储资源。2022年的旺季大概率会从9月份开始,即传统的外贸旺季。所以,在9月份之前,行业的所有企业都将会面临淡季,企业需要根据行情去做一些策略的调整。
2、减少不必要、战略性、项目亏损
在2022年春节前后,有些海外企业和航运公司、航空公司签约,获得了一些柜子和舱位资源,但签约的价格,基本上都是货运公司基于过去2年疫情对市场的预期判断从而给出的定价。这就导致,这些合约价格对于今年第一季度甚至是前半年都缺货的货代企业而言,是需要亏钱去完成合约货量任务的。因此,企业应该尽量减少业务、战略性亏损,理性评估与货运公司的签约价格以及货量,避免阶段性亏损的扩大。
3、对行业发展大势保持长期看好
尽管在国内的跨境电商和物流领域,疫情所带来的阶段性红利正在逐步退却,但是跨境电商和物流在其他国家和地区依然在逐步的发展。而且国外很多国家的网络、支付、物流等基础设施存在巨大差异,以及新平台的不断涌现,跨境电商以及跨境物流的红利在未来几年依然会以不同的形式、在不同的国家、区域、平台不断涌现。
