Precautions for export via the Côte d'Ivoire Special Line
Special circumstances such as holidays, flight delays, and customs inspections will affect the overall timeliness. In case of such special circumstances, we will notify you promptly. All goods and their packaging must have the "made in China" mark. The outer packaging of the goods should meet international transportation standards, and the goods should not be exposed. Packaging requirements: The carton should be covered with a woven bag. Please paste or write the shipping mark (customer code) on the outer packaging carton. For oversized and overweight items (with a single piece's gross weight ≥ 40kgs), please inform our company in advance and assist in making pallets for the convenience of using forklifts. It is recommended not to mix goods as much as possible. If goods of different prices are mixed, the settlement will be based on the highest price. For fragile items, please pack them well and take safety precautions. Our company will not accept compensation for damages during transportation. For items of high value, please purchase insurance. In case of the loss of the entire piece of goods, our company will compensate an amount equal to one time the freight of the lost goods (the freight for the lost goods does not need to be paid), with a maximum of not more than 50% of the value of the goods. To avoid incurring additional express delivery fees, if you are not sure whether the goods can pass customs clearance smoothly, please consult our customer service staff before sending the goods to our company's warehouse. After verification and confirmation, the goods can be sent to our company's warehouse. To comply with the national real-name logistics requirements, please provide the scanned copy of the shipper's certificate (personal ID card or company business license) and true and accurate goods information. If additional fees and delays in declaration are caused due to inconsistent information, the shipper shall bear the responsibility.
